World's Youngest Self-Made Billionaire Buys First Home

Social media mogul and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg at age 26 purchased his first home at the restored historic Palo Alto, California.

Zuckerberg's new $7 Million Mansion
The new house, way grander than his former rented pad now encompasses 5,617 square feet on a 17,100 square-foot plot. It includes five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a banquet-size dining room, a music alcove and glassed-in porch. The backyard has a saltwater pool, a spa, an outdoor gazebo with a wood-burning fireplace and a carport. The lot, located on Edgewood Drive in the Crescent Park neighborhood, is shielded from nosy neighbors and gawkers by a wall and citrus trees.

It was reported that Zuckerberg paid $1 million dollars more than the house's previously listed asking price. Property's worth? $7 million, a much practical buy compared to other billionaires out there.

And guess who is his new neighbor? His former deputy Owen Van Natta is apparently moving into the same opulent corner of Palo Alto, California. They're both new to the neighborhood, and they hate each other.
